WHERE: Conference Center, US NAVAL STATION, NEWPORT

WHAT: The objective of the seminar is to provide information and knowledge so a spouse or other crew member will be able to develop the tools and confidence to take charge, stabilize and control the situation and manage to bring the vessel to a safe harbor, if the captain is suddenly incapacitated.
